Steep Grains while heating 0.75 gal water. Remove at 168*F. Squeeze to remove water.

Add DME to cold "top up" water about 0.25 gal

Notes:

Good overall flavor, something that I don't care for at the end. not sure whether it is the fuggles hops or the chocolate malt. I will be brewing again with a little different recipe.
