A clone of my Christmas pale ale made with only Maris Otter Barley and doubled in size to final 10l. The boil time is also halved to 30 minutes and using my homegrown Fuggles hops for Bittering. Actual Yeast, Mangrove Jack Liberty Bell M36, 1/2 packet. Actual OG 1.040. Extended fermentation Bottled 29-10-22

Special Instructions

Actual Yeast, Mangrove Jack Liberty Bell M36, 1/2 packet.

Boil 30 min with Fuggles @ 5 min before rolling boil

Cascade @ Flame Out for 20 min

Chill with coil to 20C

Ferment 8 days, cold crash 3 days then bottled
