I used 10lb, 4 kg of pilsner malt but the mill was very coarse. Apparently very low extraction. Resulting OG was 1.03 to 1.034. should have been 1.052
Brew No.47 Rate: 0/10 ONLY FILLED 4 bottles. 2 from fermenter tap, 2 from tube. To count out the tap as source of infection. Will now treble clean fermentater. And also will use 1LR water, 1ml bleach, 1ml white vinegar. Not a single hint of sourness on bottling though… No infection. Tasted 4/8 weeks and they tasted fine! Brew No.46 ABANDONED BREW - Clogged kettle. Hole in mash bag cause by forgetting to put metal tray in kettle after clean up, so bag touched heat. Used back up bag but wort was milky white. Clogged kettle again. Gave up.
