Looking for a light, crushable, lightly hoppy ordinary bitter. Target OG of 1.039-40 and FG of 1.009-10. IBUs in the 25-30 range. Trying out a small amount of ProvOAK (mix of hop pellet and oak chips) at flame-out to add some complexity. Brewed 6/20/21 Mash around 150-51*, mash pH around 5.3-5.5, pH in kettle around 5.1 OG 1046-47 (high!) OG 1.010
