Yeast Experiment Wort - Star City Brewers Guild, Roanoke, VA. 40 identical 5 gallon batches of wort provided Big Daddy's Brewing Co. in Roanoke. We each chose a different yeast for our batch. I chose White Labs Burton Ale WLP023 for mine.
