FG = 1014-15 (really high!) A bit too sweet and caramelly and dark. Def back down the mash temp and caramel malt (none?).
middle road best bitter with malty biscuit dryness and bitter hoppy on tongue and nose.
21/3/2020 As 67 but mashed in cool box, 14L aprox, boiled without adding extra water except the sparge, pitched CML Cal Com next day at 22°c OG 1035 Bottled 13/4/20, batch primed 22l w 130g corn sugar FG 1009
