This is a variation of my variation of the Soft N Juicy NEIPA from Brewfather site. My prior recipe was excellent, so I am using different hops and less water and 2-Row, with a bit more oats and Carapils for this recipe. The water is filtered, thus adding Gypsum, Calcium Carbonate and canning salt to enhance hops and flavor. The Flame Out hops are a hopstand at 170 degrees.
