Cutting back a bit on the centennial hops from the DIPA recipe, and using all the 60L I had left at the time.
IPA featuring Irish Ale yeast and Galaxy, Motueka, Waimea and Kohatu hops.
50/50 RO/A2 H2O Strike with 3.25 gal, add 7g CaSO4 and 15mL phos to mash. Target 148F. Acidify 5.5 gal sparge to 5.00 pH. Copper up to 7 gal, add 3g CaSO4 and 2g CaCl to BK. Boil 75 minutes. KO@65F, oxygenate wort, pitch WY1318.
