Brewed at Flying Bison on 12/28/16. 2 brews back to back on pilot system to make 50 gallon batch into 2 bbl fermentor. 2nd brew was identical except 3.5 oz. of Nugget pellets @15% AA used for bittering hops. Also mash temp was 148* and then 147*. Beer was allowed to cool to 34 overnight (Mistake was bypass valve left open for glycol system) Allowed to free rise temperature from 12/29/16.
