This year I used over 5 pounds of canned pumpkin which I roasted for about 30 minutes. I decided to use pumpkin pie spice instead of a mixture of ingredients. I like a big punch of aroma so I used almost a full tbsp. You can always dial it back and add as you go.
Dry Hop: 5 June 2013 Rack to Secondary: 14 June 2013 OG: 1.0583 FG: 1.0174 ABV: 5.37 Nice and clean start to finish.Good amber flavor (not sure how to describe it) with just enough hop bite to let you no that they are there but not over powering. Decent aroma from the cascade dry hop. Probably wouldn't dry hop with cascades again if at all.
