Notes:

brewing Note: after 7 days, still showing slow, but active fermentation with a gravity of 1.2. Still a ways to go. The space is a bit cool for lutra at 63 F, I stuck a bit of heat in the space to bring it to 67f or so, which is more in lutra's range
