Got a lil more volume than expected due to not considering a 30min vs 60min boil.Tea selected is a roobios based herbal tea with natural flavorings of: blood orange, rose hips, hibiscus, etc. The 8 tea bags called for in the recipe were added at bottling to the same boiled water used for the priming sugar. Tea was steeped for ~30min starting at around 200f. It was quite tart, sweet, and a dark reddish color (almost beet like).
== Brew DayBoil Additions: 1tsp gypsum, half tab sodium metabisulfite. Used new boil pot after boiling water inside. May have forgotten to sanitize chiller... Measurements taken with refractometer. Accidentally used whole packet of US-05. Forgot to add any fining agents but still had good cold break.
