Let sit in primary for way too long, but got caught up with stuff. Racked to secondary on Monday, September 16. 8lbs of peaches. Split secondary between two fermenters. 4.3% ABV estimate.
Split the 7 gallons between two fermenters. One was bottled on 12/9/18, while the other will be racked in secondary.

Packed too much in the fermenter and it overflowed through the airlock. Added blowoff on june29
