Starting weight of propane tank - 30 lbsEnd weight 26.5 lbsAdd flameout hops below 168 and let stand for 60 min5/10/15 - began fermentation at 17.5C5/14/15 - Raised temp 0.5C per day until it reached 20C. Today raised to 21C to encourage the last bit of fermentation. Airlock activity has pretty much stopped. Took at reading of 10.2 brix which puts it at about 1.017 and 9.3% ABV. Mash ph started high, added a few pinches of citric acid to bring it down to 5.5 after 25 min (about 1/2 tsp). Mash ended very low, added about a gallon of hot water to bring it back up to 152, let it sit for 30 min.Pre-boil gravity was before adding cane sugarFlame out hops in muslin bag20 minute hop rest under 140 FStart fermentation at 14.5 CShortened dry hop times to 8 days and 4 days
