Strike water volume 5.6 gallons, post mash volume 4.8 gallons. For future strike volume needs to be 6 gallons for 4.5 gallons batch

Used Loki imperial yeast. Sub CTZ for Simcoe. Sub Munich dark 12-14L for Munich light. Remained cloudy throughout even after fining with gelatin
Testing dry hopping at yeast pitch1.062 at 5.9 gallons post mash/pre-H2O addition. Sparge and add to 6.75 pre boil. Cold crash day 3 at 1.008 FG.
