Clone Of Founders Breakfast Stout from Brew Your Own. O.G, 1.078 F.G 1.020 IBU's 60, SRM 59 and ABV 7.5% Add the second coffee addition like a dry hop in secondary in a bag. Needs to steep for a week. The dark chocolate addition is bittersweet bakers chocolate. Edit 03/30/16 Founders website shows 8.3 ABV now. The BYO recipe uses 2oz Kona coffee and 2oz Sumatran coffee. I'm using all Seattle's Best #5 Dark and Intense in this recipe.
