I want a beer that is very low alcohol to have one or two with dinner whilst preserving full flavor. Despite identified batch size, will be diluting wort with top off water to get final ABV in at 2.5%, so looking for OG of 1.025. Grains: NW pale ale malt for base, 10% aromatic malt to have some level of malt presence, 5% carapils for head retention since I'm mashing on the low end. Fritar a abobora por 15 min em media, ate ela ficar mais brilhante e com a fibra solta. Deixar o mosto em 50 graus e adicionar 5kg de abobora. Estabilizar em 50 graus por 15 min. Fazer as outras rampas. Colocar 2kg de abobora nos últimos 20 min da fervura. Para 60 litros final usar 7kg de abobora. 2gr de cravo a 15 min. 2gr de canela em pau a 15 min.
