Cortar a abobora moranga em pedaços pequenos. Levar ao forno ou panela e tentar deixar a temperatura entre 80 e 100 graus. Fritar a abobora por 15 min em media, ate ela ficar mais brilhante e com a fibra solta. Deixar o mosto em 50 graus e adicionar 5kg de abobora. Estabilizar em 50 graus por 15 min. Fazer as outras rampas. Colocar 2kg de abobora nos últimos 20 min da fervura. Para 60 litros final usar 7kg de abobora. 2gr de cravo a 15 min. 2gr de canela em pau a 15 min.
