First runnings were 1.067 and I pulled 2.5 gallons from the 3.25 gallons of mash liquid; based on calculations, I hit 56% efficiency without sparging. Used 4 gallons of top off water for a preboil gravity of 1.023. My boil off was a little too aggressive despite leaving the lid on, so I ended up with 1.033 post-boil.
