Last Hazy Revisited was getting closer, with good aroma, but still needed more haze and more sweet. Even with only 64% base malt it still finished dry (1.012). So, more oats, more malt. Flavor and aroma were great, so hops are pretty close.

On 2/20/22 Boston's last LHBS closed. On 2/19/22 I realized why - it took me 3 hrs and cost $25 to get the ingredients for this recipe. Had to make substitutions from the original 5x fast because of low stock at the shop.

Still not 100% on total boil loss. 9gal is an estimate. building the recipe based on various notes about style. PH will be important. So will gas transfers. Efficiency is listed as 20% to accurately reflect the OG i got which was 1.044. Dry hopped with 2oz of 12.7% Chinook on 3/11.
