7.2 kg de malte e coloquei água até cobrir o segundo furo da panela. Ficou faltando uns 4 ou 5 dedos para completar a caixa termica. Na proxima encher bem a panela com agua quente e se sobrar fica pra lavagem. Enchendo a caixa até faltar 1 dedo mais ou menos lavei somente com a água da panela de pressao (7 litros aprox) Pre lavagem: 17 brix - 1070 Pos lavagem/Pre fervura: 13 brix - 1053 e 28 litros OG: 28.5 litros 14.4 brix 1059 Diluir com 4 litros para chegar em 33 e 1050 de og 31/12/2023: ...
