Overnight mash - Caixa termica cheia ate o talo 03/02 21:30 - 68 graus 04/02 11:00 - 61 graus Pre lavagem 20 brix - 1083 Pos lavagem 35 litros 14.8 - 1060 Separei uns litros em outra panela para fazer com o extrato da coopers depois. 04/02/2024: Diluicao 28 litros a 1070 com 7 litros Barril normal OG 13 brix - 1053 - 18 litros Barril riscado OG 14 brix - 1057 - 18 litros. 7.2 kg de malte e coloquei água até cobrir o segundo furo da panela. Ficou faltando uns 4 ou 5 dedos para completar a caixa termica. Na proxima encher bem a panela com agua quente e se sobrar fica pra lavagem.
