First attempt at a NEIPA
Belgian Ipa aromas frutado.
Belgian IPA w/ Chamomile
No steeping. Using 8lb of Pale Ale, Munich and Dark malt extracts Malty brown ale, quite sweet
Grind was to big on grain which dropped my efficiency. Was originally shooting for a 1.077 OG but only came in at 1.055 so i boiled an extra 30mins and was able to raise my OG to 1.061. FG 1.008. Exactly 5 gallons in bottling bucket. Primed with 135 grams of corn sugar
