Mash: 4G AW CT, 3.5G AW CT sparge. No mash out after initial mash, drained to big pot. Heated sparge water in tandem. Batch sparged for 5 min, ran out to sparge pot. Vorlof each time. Heated both runoff on stove. Cleaned out mash tub to prep for boil. Need to remember to clean fermenter before using wort chiller. Need maintenance with wort chiller to include pre-chiller.
