Brewed 8/4/20 using (very) fresh malt from Dark Cloud. Wanted to keep the mash temp low to dry it out, esp since AA on 013 is only 68-75%. Mashed at 148*. Really struggled to keep the pH down. Added minerals to the mash, pH around 5.6. Added 2ml LA to sparge, still around 5.6. Added 2ml more to the boil and it stayed around 5.6.
