A Curmudgeon in the making with less alcohol I decided to put the Oak chips into the boils at 15 min, having researched it on the Internet, see how it goes. Brewing on Sunday 18/04/21. Brew was Bottled 28/04/21 with 1/2 teaspoon of table sugar. An Ale that needs time to condition. Drank it 3 months later, a really tasty malty and rich with dark fruity tangs and nutty Old Ale, will do it again and again. Changed from Crisp Europils Malt to Crisp Extra Pale Malt.
