Forgot Irish moss. Lowered efficiency of recipe to match og of 68. Had an extra 1/2 gal of wort. Solution: boil longer pre-hop addition. Cold crashed approx 10/27. Kegged 11/3 @ 1.034. Thinking too low of ferment at approx 63 deg

Single decoration. 130 for 20, 1.5 gal boil for 20m, brings mash to 152. Measured that I have .69 gal head loss on both tank and tun. Plastic primary fuckin leaked so racked to carboy. Hydrated 1 Munich dry yeast pack. Only used 1 not 2 this time. Worried lost some yeast cells during 2nd rack to carboy. Hit 1.068 og exactly. I may buy/add another pack tomorrow if sluggish start. Added lemon zest and juice from 4 lemons. Pitched w yeast cause forgot to add to last 15m boil...Yikes. Rough boil. ...

Fermented at bout 72 deg upstairs (AC). Too warm? I had mash tun loss high at 1.25 so I think I slightly over sparged to 1.061.

Took OG reading 15 hrs after pitching. Slightly cloudy like the extract but mash went good and clear.
