Brewing some Great Beer up North!! I am enjoying brewing my own beer and am trying to master all grain techniques favoring Pale and Brown Ales, Stouts and Old Ales. I look forward to brewing some of the recipes I have seen on here and coming up with some good ones myself. I encourage any comments good or bad as it is my goal to become a great brewer!
