Michigan Chinook was used instead of regular PNW Chinook.

Kettle sour with Goodbelly Pineapple Passionfruit. Hopped with Strata for extra Passionfruit flavor. Secondary fermented with Philly Sour yeast for more sourness!
Double sour using traditional kettle souring and the addition of Philly Sour yeast. Adding passionfruit puree at kegging.
This is going to be a Sour utilizing Lallemand Philly Sour yeast and Amoretti Black Currant Puree in secondary fermentation. Debating between Barbe Rouge and Galaxy hops. I will be doing a starter for the Philly Sour yeast.
