Ultra-light all-malt ale with spelt and Mighty Axe MN hops. Aim to ferment at lower end of yeast's temperature range for clean flavors. Produced 5.75 gallons @ 1.034. Final (corrected refractometer) gravity: 1.007 (3.5% abv). Bottled with 110g sucrose.
