Brewed 11/10/23 with Lisa OG 1.053 A bit darker than expected Fermenting around 50* Started lagering before December trip - maybe early December? Didn't keg until early February, so lagered for two months or more.
Brewed Monday 5/22/23 Mashed in 15# VA Pils (Rude & Murphy) and 1/4# Victory Mash temp around 149 ~~> 147* over an hour or so Mashed with 5 gallons filtered water - only added 10ml Lactic Acid Single decoction of about half the mash for 15-20 mins Low volume on first run - only about 3 gallons Sparged about 6 gallons Added 6 more ml of Lactic Acid and 4g Calcium Chloride Pushed the temp up to 168ish Target mash pH is in the range of 5.2-5.3 (pH meter broken) OG 1053 - might add a touch of ...
