A tribute beer to our foreign exchange daughters (Maja from Vojvodina, Yugoslavia and Chivi from the Yucatan region of Mexico).. Maja Gold Cream Ale is a light, frothy ale that uses our Brewer's Gold hops for bittering and Vojvodina in honor of Maja at flameout for flavor. The name Maja Gold reminded us of the Mayan gold of Chivi's homeland and inspired us to use maize in the recipe. Hence Maja Gold is an American Cream Ale. hops to 29 ish./ last one tried 23 ibu's...decision time.==== 23IBU worked well. Dropped the .5 rice from 3 crops and added .5 c10 instead...better beer..., this time hops to 15 ibu
