#120 American Extra Strong Bitter brewed with Boxelder home grown hop blend.
#118 A hoppy Imperial Amber Ale. Rebrew of batch 106.
Over one full pound of hops in a 5 gallon batch. Bittered with Centennial (60 min.). Flavored with Citra (10 min.). Citra and Mosaic in whirlpool and dry hop additions. Should be hazy and wonderful.
2nd Place Finish at Oregon 2016 Fall Classic
Using leftover 2-row and some new grain with Amarillo Centennial hops for boil, Summit dry hop. This is my 37th brew, yet my first using the Anvil Foundry.
