first beer made with the hops I harvested last year. My best guess is that it is Centenial, It could be Columbus or one of the other 'C's. SMaSH with Maris Otter as the grain and S-05 yeast.

Notes:

Very happy with this. Very complex malt flavors from the Maris Otter. Good bitterness but very well balanced due to slightly warmer fermentation temp. 6.4% ABV , This will go fast and may be a perennial brew with the home grown hops.

Notes:

OG 1.062. I filtered all the hops through sieve and then squeezed the hops to get the last liquid out. We will see if I avoid contamination. Mash does not have any weird flavors. good hop bitterness. I think it will be decent.
