Special Instructions

1.
First time using the Anvil Foundry. Booklet says 5.9 Gallons of Strike Water for Sparge method.
2.
Use One gallon of sparge water at 175 degrees in a separate container.
3.
Check with instructions on temp of strike water...158 degrees? Not sure if strike water goes in after 40 minutes
