Modified from a Founders KBS recipe on here. Going for something less complex but still delicious. Low IBU calculated but the roasted cocoa nibs are pretty bitter so I'm hoping it adds some bitterness.
Followed recipe from "Brew It Yourself" book. Speaking with Bart at Dunedin Malthouse after brewing it he thought it might be more like a Black IPA with the large Nelson Sauvin hops addition late in the boil. Almost more excited about that possibility than if it were a straight stout.
