Started the yeast first in a flask with yeast nutrient and swirled it every 30 minutes. The yeast was vigorously active 12 hours later.

4/5/2017 - Yeast is finished and gravity is 1.008 for 7.2% alcohol. 4/6/2017 kegged. Only about 4 gallons. Set 10 lbs psi to carbonate in keezer for a week.
