An alliterative yet simple extract amber ale using materials on hand. Will use OYL016 British Ale VIII. US05 is a placeholder.
Amber Ale med Indiasleng
Ferment at 56F for 2 weeks, diacetyl rest at 62F for 2 days, lager at 34F for 1 week and then bottle.
This was brewed on the Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil w/ Pump (important for boil size as it does not boil much away).
