Notes:
Lovely. Dark, strong with lsoft caramel tones - a lovely IPA
Notes:
Needs three weeks conditioning and the results are superb - chilled or at room temperature.
Notes:
Crystsal malt dominates and may not blend well with belgian yeast. Centennial adds a very bitter tone, almost sour. Tasted after six days so still very green but overall not a great derivative.
