pre toasted 2.5 lbs marshmallows in oven. mashed canned sweet potatoes into pre boil and mash.

steep grains at 155 for 20 minutes. add extracts. boil add hops as stated. forgot that barrel chips were to go in second and put them in fermenter with yeast and claryfirm
