Pitched yeast Dec 2 2020. The Hops are "Archer" hops from Charles Faram Malvern West Worcestershire UK. On top of the Crisp Finest Maris Otter Malt comes Crisp Extra Pale Malt and then Crisp Amber Malt giving a slight caramel taste, and Weyermann Abbey Malt adding to the flavour whilst Crisp Torrefied Barley gives a harsher taste than Wheat Malt which sympathises with Bitter Beer, but also gives good head retention.
