On top of the Crisp Finest Maris Otter Malt comes Crisp Extra Pale Malt and then Crisp Amber Malt giving a slight caramel taste, and Weyermann Abbey Malt adding to the flavour whilst Crisp Torrefied Barley gives a harsher taste than Wheat Malt which sympathises with Bitter Beer, but also gives good head retention. "Archer" hops are a close relative of "Cascade" hops, that you could use instead.
