Brewed 2/10/21. Mashed at 153 for an hour. 75-minute boil. 1/4 oz powdered vanilla extract boiled last 5-10 minutes. OG was 1.089. Pitched yeast at 90F. Attached a heater to the fermenter. Airlock activity began within a half hour. FG 1.030.
