recent issue with wort chiller sitting in starsan for extended period then smelling metallic. Had metallic smell when using it with the wort. Used 5 grams of safale-05 for the yeastpreboil sg with refractometer: 1.030, brix 7.6post boil original gravity: 1.048, brix 12
