First time using a hop stand of half an hour with the final addition hops from flame-out. Created just the taste and aroma I was looking for. Very tropical-hop notes in the aroma and first taste then sliding away to a malty bitter finish.
3rd shot at recipe. adding 1 lb of crystal 10LB and changing hop times
