Brewed: 12.02.2020. Bottled: 01.03.2020.
Notes: After one month fermenting at 50° and two days at room temp and nutrients added, racked into carboy, SG measured 1.02. placed back into freezer at 50°. hopefully fermentation will continue to drop SG closer to expectation. probably should have left on yeast bed but a sweeter beer goes over well also.
