I like the no-nonsense way this recipe is built. Rounding ingredients off half or whole pounds - i do that. Brewers are lazy...Marin Brewing Co. Brewmaster said grains on large scale brew are usually measured 'by the bag'...Sadly, I think I will screw this one up to and add another 2 oz. or so of hops...Fortunately, I will offset this hoppy baby baby by doing a TRIPLE decoction to enhance grain utilization!!!
