Throw together recipe for oyster roast. Jar of "washed" W34/70 from prior batch, with starter fresh dry packet of same. 1/2 tsp CaCl, 1/2 tsp CaSO to mash water. Left for 2 weeks unattended in ferm cooler (vacation).

Notes:

Updated post-carbonation. Kegged/lagered for 1 month. Excellent Black Lager. Very clean and subtle roasted flavor. Would make again with little to no change in recipe.
