This is the Austin Homebrew Clone of Pliny the Elder, supposedly from Russian River Brewer Vinnie. I'll be brewing this on Friday 7/5/13. The O.G. of the recipe is listed as 1.072 and F.G. is 1.011 for an ABV of 8% pre-priming. Mashing at 150 will hopefully get this big beer that low.
