A California Common Style beer made with Brewers Gold and Chinook hops grown in our Route 46 field and a heritage hop which came from a neighbor up the Route 46 Bear Path hill. It is named Clark in honor of the Clark family and the quarry which at one time overlooked our property. In the final 1 BBL version it uses 16 oz of hops in memory of Dick Clark and his #16 stock car and 60.6 pounds of grain and a 66 minute boil in tribute to our brother-in-law Ron' Green's #66 stock car.
