In the final 1 BBL version it uses 16 oz of hops in memory of Dick Clark and his #16 stock car and 55.6 pounds of grain and a 66 minute boil in tribute to our brother-in-law Ron\u0027 Green\u0027s #66 stock car. Our secret ingredient - 16 oz of local Route 46 maple syrup to dry it out and boost the ABV.
