If you decide to taste this wort immediately after brewing you will find that it is extremely bitter and foul tasting. Do not let that discourage you. It's not a Michelob ultra super clone. But it's a good beer anyways. I can tell the difference highly between using the citra hops that I did the first time at 15 min boil and this one using herkules hops at 60 min boil. Light, crisp beer. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed
